Malegaon Blast Case: 17 साल बाद महाराष्ट्र के मालेगांव में हुए भीषण बम धमाके से जुड़े मामले पर आज अदालत ने अपना फैसला सुना दिया है। इस घटना से जुड़े 7 आरोपियों को NIA की विशेष अदालत ने जमानत दे दी है। इनमें बीजेपी नेता साध्वी प्रज्ञा ठाकुर और पूर्व सेना अधिकारी लेफ्टिनेंट कर्नल प्रसाद श्रीकांत पुरोहित का नाम भी शामिल है। बता दें कि 2008 में हुए मालेगांव ब्लास्ट में 6 लोगों की मौत हुई थी तो वहीं 100 से ज्यादा घायल हुए थे। दूसरे पांच आरोपियों की बात करें तो वो मेजर (सेवानिवृत्त) रमेश उपाध्याय, अजय राहिरकर, सुधाकर द्विवेदी, सुधाकर चतुर्वेदी और समीर कुलकर्णी हैं। इन सभी पर गैरकानूनी गतिविधियां (रोकथाम) अधिनियम और भारतीय दंड संहिता की धाराओं के तहत आरोप लगाए गए थे। एनआईए की अदालत ने गुरुवार को टिप्पणी की कि जांच एजेंसियां आरोपियों के खिलाफ लगाए गए आरोपों को साबित करने में विफल रही हैं। चलिए जानते हैं किनपर क्या आरोप लगे थे. <br /> <br /> <br />((After 17 years, today the court has given its verdict on the case related to the horrific bomb blast in Malegaon, Maharashtra.
